MINDFULNESS BASED ON STRESS REDUCTION (MBSR)

That stress is a reality in the world, especially in the corporate environment, you already know that. But, did you know that, through the practice of Mindfulness it is possible to rescue our emotional resilience?
Yes, we were born with it, but we use almost nothing of this ability in the course of life because most of time time we are living on autopilot mode.

During the MBSR Program you will learn how to reconnect body and mind to restore balance, as well as cleanse as impurities from thoughts that prevent us from concentrating and redirect attention to what really matters in your life.

This on-line course explores the essential mindfulness meditation and mindful exercises that helps you to cultivate the power of the awareness and a deep connection with the only moment that exist, the here and now. In addition, virtual chat around the challenges we face in everyday life and how mindfulness can support your wellbeing.

This comprehensive course includes:
04 practices, which will be provided as MP3`s.
PDF with the content of the eight-weeks program.
08 virtual class provided by Zoom plataform.
Half day on-line retreat which will be delivery in person at the Welcombe Spa Hotel in Stradford-upon-Avon on the 06th November.


Classes will be held for 08 weeks consecutively each Tuesday through platform Zoom:

One payment of £120 or pay in instalments (2x £60)

• 26 th October 07pm to 08:30pm
• 02 th November 07pm to 08:30pm

• 30 th November 07pm to 08:30pm

Half day retreat 06th November
09:30 to12:30 at the Welcombe Spa Hotel in Stratford-Upon-Avon.

No! Meditation is for everyone. The practice is welcome for any person who would like to develop resilience, improve the quality of life, be healthier, make more clear decisions, improve performance through the rescue of focus, concentration and productivity skills. However, you do need to be sure that you will have the agenda free to follow the on-line classes and free time to do the practice in your day to day.
