Mindfulness Based on Stress Reduction is the gold standard healing approach created by Dr. Jon Kabat-Ziin in the 1970s.

This course is taught by Suellen Feltrin and is a amazing start to address the unconscious thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are increasing your stress and undermine your heath.

In this eight-week program you will receive the tools to release and manage better your stress, pain and anxiety and how to use mindfulness in your daily life.
